Unlocking 6230 .... next stage

i just entered the unlocking code into my nokia 6230 (orange).. then it displayed restriction off.. i switched off my phone and put my sisters PAYG o2 sim into the phone it then asked for restriction code... what do i do now ?

it's not code 7 for the 6230 like normal

Take a look at the number in the right...!1 to 7...
Now U got the point what is code 7 I hope..
