3310 problem

I have a 3310 PCB which i tested today. When i power up the phone the lights come on but nothing comes up on the screen. The phone doesn't work and after sometime the lights go off. I have noticed the phone won't shut down unless i take the battery off. I don't know the history of the board but if there is anyone out there who might have a solution to bring it back to life, please share it here :) thank you very much

Try with full flash..if dont help read my guide in articles section..

The cable won't read the phone .... it seems there is no power ..... but still the lights come up ???
