Which GameBoy Color PC emulator is compatible or loads the sav files produced by GamePhone Advnace? Tried googling but they led to dead-ends.

Hmm... I'm not sure. Do you know what the savegame's filename extension is on the Gamephone Advance emulator?

Gamephone Advance Saved States are in .sav format.

The reason I'm looking for a compatible PC emu because Gamephone Advance hangs on a particular part of the Pokemon Crytal. I've already invested a lot of time on that game and I want to play forward from that saved state.

simply send the save to pc, open it with ur emu, play beyond that point send save backand open again.

Works with sega also

The problem is which pc emulator to use. Have tried several and they all wouldn't recognize the .sav file I sent to pc.

Try the emulator "REW" for Gameboy. I know it saves as *.sav files.

Doesn't work. BTW "REW" saves states as .st* files where * is 0 to 9. Tried renaming my *.sav file to *.st1 but it didn't work. The emulator doesn't recognize it as a native save state.

Any other recommendations? Have tried almost all the GameBoy Color emulators from Zophar's Domain (http://www.zophar.net/gb.html) and I still have had no luck.

Been considering playing the game again but now on GoBoy.

I have *.SAV files... But I don't think that is from the save states...

i can remember doing it with goboy, forgot what PC emu i used though, was 1,5 years ago :rolleyes:

Would it be GnuBoy perhaps?

Anyway, anyone got a clue as to which PC emulator resumes from Gamephone Advance *.sav files?
