install a filemanager on ur fone (efilemanager, seleq, fexplorer), this should do the trick, go to z: drive and copy the file / folder you want and paste in on c or e drive, you should set the read only to no for you to delete it.
btw..what are you going to copy?

Z: is ur static, unchangeable memory that the phone copies onto C: during a reformat. It cannot be changed with the exception of a firmware change, but Nokia must do that themselves. This way when people like us screw their phones up there's a clean copy of the essential phone software that it can start over with (i.e. full system reformat).
C: includes ur phone memory. C: is changeable, but I would only recommend altering anything under the C:\Nokia folder. The C:\system folder is similar to your computer WINDOWS folder, and changing it can screw ur phone over and you'll have to reformat.
D: is on your phone and seems to just be extraneous program files, not much ever on it, some temporary internet files, but that's about it. Still wouldn't mess with it too much, but none of these files seem essential.
E: is your MMC. Do what you wish with it, just don't screw around with the application files for any programs you have installed on the MMC; likelihood is you'll end up causing something to not work. Again, try to stay away from folders marked backup, system, apps, etc.
