Where to buy new phones in EU??

Welcome, I'm new here, but i know that new users are usualy messing up, so I will try not to and ask a quick qestion.

Where can I buy a lot of new cell phones in EU??

I hear that u can order them on some web sites or somthing like that.

I would be realy thankfull for any real anserws :)
