Panasonic A100 shows LOCKED

After entering 11 time the code **00012*00000000#
my gsm shows LOCKED and the only sim I can use is
the prepaid sim the was with the phone.

How can I unlock my A100 ??

It is possible that I entered the code wrong, so can I
get another change ???
