HELP PLEASE to unlock 3315 - Australia

Can someone please assist me to unlock a 3315 locked to the Optus network so I can use my Telstra sim card. The phone was given to me by a freind and I have absolutely no IDEA on how to unlock it or how to enter codes etc. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.......... :-?

and download Ultimate calculator

you just need your IMEI number
Use it with DCT3 model 3310 for instance that's all.
and posr result plz

i am also on optus, and the calculator doesnt have the optus network :(

and the link above is dead :(

its also a 3315

i pressed *#06# to get the imei number...not sure if thats how you get it for dtc3 phones;.....
