3100 unlocking problem

Hello,
I have 2 3100 on Tesco. I have entered the unlocking codes generated by the online calculators but these are failing to work. Does anyone have any ideas why they are not unlocking the handsets?

download it and use that...never fails !!

if you have entered codes more than five times then you will have to direct unlock.
