e700 eeprom flashing

hi all

is it possible to flash my e700 eeprom with free software yet?
my fone is dead and ive been told to flash the eeprom as it is corrupt.

what program can i use? and where can i get it?
ive tried ust cracked but it dont work.

i would appriciate it if anybody can post a link or download link.
