If I had a Male to Male USB adaptor could I transfer pics to my N-Gage?

If I had a Male to Male USB adaptor could I transfer pics to my MMC from my Sony Digital Camera? I would probably need an App with the Sony USB driver and be able to select the pics (by filename thumbnails is not important) I want to transfer. Would this be possible? It would be great to send those "This is what I'm doing now MMS's".

I doubt it. Just as your comp needs drivers to communicate with ur phone, so would your camera. It's like putting an Italian and Korean man on opposite ends of the phone and trying to get one of them to tell the other a story. They just don' t know how to talk to each other. It might work if there was a driver app for your phone similar to the one that the computer uses that would allow it to talk to the camera. Or if the cam has bluetooth that should work. But otherwise I'm thinking no on that one.

How hard would it be to make an App with the Sony USB Driver?

Ehm, if you could use the Windows driver, not very hard. But you can't so you've got to build a driver from scratch wich recognises the camera as a mass storage device.
