8250 flash backup error

i got 8250 model and i'am intrested to upgrading this phone with latest software version. but before i think of upgrading, i want to make backup of this one. While i start taking backup i get this error "Unknown Flash type Flash ID : 20650F59" and back of the screen its shows "Flash Type Unknown". I'am using rolis 477 and i got flasher cable and data cable of this model. So, can anyone guess what would be the problem and how can i solve it ?

Few information about the 8250 model. This model is 100% working but it has got core chinese language, english language is there as well but after every few mintues the phone automatically change to chinese language. Now, when i try to take backup i get those errors. I got flasher cable of 8850 and i guess it works on 8250 as well or is there any different cable for 8250 ? and secondary there are only 4 pin outs in 8850 flasher cables where as i can see 5 points in 8250 board. The instrument is type NSM-3DX.

According to me, i think there could be problem in the board but i'am not sure on that.
