Dead v3690

Hi Folks ,
i have a motorola v3690 which won't power up, tried the water damage method to see if it helped but it wouldnt power up.

if anyone had a schematic for making a flasher cable could they please post it.

i seen one on the site below for making a test sim card for the v3690 but could u flash the phone or bring it back to life with this device??

for flashing u need roemmi+ motokey or tau adapter.
