Hello

I have problem in accessing email and internet via Bluetooth which connects to my PC.

My BT software can detect my phone but the PC Suite CANT detect!
It can see my Bluetooth COM Port but saying "not connected".

I have done all the settings for my 7650 (learnt from some of the threads here, TQ). But still fail.

WHen i try to connect (eventho mRouter is not connected), my HP has a "G" on it and its blinking. And when i try to receive email, it will always ask me to wait.. and never stops until i reboot my 7650

Why is that so? Thanks for helping.

Hey i have a 7650 too, but i had the same problem. Fortunately, here is what i did: I firstly created an account in the computer by pairing the pc with my mobile. The bluetooth's software was working, and i could transfer files with it. But pc suite couldn't recognize the phone. Then i checked every bluetooth port from the options, and then i created a "Bluetooth serial port" from the bluetooth's software. Then pc suite was connected. This definately works, but all depends from your bluetooth maker and software.

hello..
try the following.. go to bluetooth advanced options on the PC, and on local services and client services, disable secure connection for all serial port services.. after that, you re-pair the phone and try it again..
at my pc, it displays the error message that it couldn't connect but it connects anyway in 5-10 seconds.. also set the computer to authenticated on the phone so you won't have to click yes every time..

hope this helps
