There is a sw for this :)
Not directly but it will do the job

I think it is flsedit
you can load Hex RTTL and Nokia ringtones it will convert to all three formats for you :)

not really possible

you can get sw to convert wav to midi but in my experiance they are not good

best thing to do is just write it youreself

hi, its a wave file '1-tick', and it sound like a time-bomb going to explode... if u auto-repeat it... ;-)
