Nokia 7250i signals and camera problem

Hi guys

i got nokia 7250i mobile from a friend who told me that it was working fine but suddenly stop receiving signals he said it may be a water damaged when i checked the mobile with orange sim it works fine and gets full signals but when i used vodafone sim it accepted the sim but no signals i opened the mobile fone there was alot of dirty dry water in it so i cleaned it all but results the same and also when i try to use camera function it says operation faild camera on standby. can any body help me about this because i dont think that these problems belong to any water damaged incident because it accepts orange sim and get full signals but when i put vodafone sim it accepts the sim but does not receive the signals and also camera does not work it says operation faild camera on standby. i will be very greatful if some one can help me about this

Hi Mate i am new in this so idont know anything can you advice me how much it will cost for repair and where i send it to repair for reasonable price i am in uk or can i flash it with data cable or how can i reheat what is the prcedure.....

i got are similar problem with my nokia 7250i but it not the camera it my radio when i plug in the headset the radio dosent work i think the headset is broking or something any one can help will be great
