hi, few questions here about unlocking a Ngage QD

what must i fill at this places

and wich one must i use Dct4 or Dct3 , i think Dct4 am i right ?

Use the DCT4 part and i would use this below...

Network : Netherlands -Libertel/Vodafone
GEN: V2
Nokia Model : ASIC 5

But i would also recommed you look at other post's. this has been covered before. :roll:
