need help w/ 3595

I need help unlocking my nokia 3595. I have tried using the calculator several times, but none of those codes are working. :???: I have no idea what the "GEN" is, or how to tell. my IEMI is <Removed> and I am trying to unlock it from USA AT&T. please help!

GEN is same as boxsrial. but don't worry about what it is - simply change it to: V2
