Unlocked N-Gage QD and Nextel

Hi, I was wondering if an unlocked QD would work with an activated Nextel SIM card as a Nextel phone?

ngage qd is a dct 4 phone , so i moved it to the correct section.

an unlocked phone will accept sims from other networks.
