X600 Freeze

Whenever I switch on my Samsung X600 it freezes on welcome screen.I
flash it 4 times but no improvement.Can anyone please tell me how to solve
this problem of Samsung X600.

check MIC Resistance maybe its grounded or Chec Resistance Of MIC pad
