Psiloc Troubble

Hi, i have some troubble with psiloc screensaver.
First when i installed it i also put in the ticket (key code or whatever the call it) so after i while (a week or two)it told me that it was unregistered and i chose that it would send a sms to reregister itself, but now it just crashes on me. I tried to re install it. but nothing, it just crashes.

So do anyone know what to do?
i won't format the phone couse i'm tired to send all those pay sms to poland, just becouse i want to use their (psiloc) products.

well i did send them i email, but i thought that someone have experienced the same thing and knows what to do. maybe i could get an answer here faster than a reply on my email.
once i had to wait over 80 hours to get some codes that i payd in a second.
