The Automatic Volume control option under Settings / Call settins appeared there the first time I explored the phone... I think I remember setting it to disabled... anyway... it vanished... there's no such option anymore !!!! is this another (silly) bug with this phone? :???:

automatic volume control is removed in v04.28, it was in 3.14-3.17. was it flashed? (eg you sent it for software updating to a nokia centre or to a gsm store etc.)

I didn't.. and I have a friend with the v4.28 as well and he has that option.... weird... :eek:

that is impossible, v04.28 doesnt have automatic volume control.
