6600 Won't send MMS????

As above. Every time I go into my message menu, select new message the sub menu flashes up Text, Multimedia, e-mail. I can enter text option as norma, I can enter the e-mail option as normal but when I select the multimedia option the screen just flashes for a split second then jumps back to the message menu. I can't even adjust the multimedia settings in the options menu. It's almost as if this option is being blocked.
I've downloaded new settings to no avail, i've spoken to o2 and they didn't have a clue.
Could this be a virus as my vibrate gave up a while ago and thinking about it, since that started working again, the mms has stopped.
Any ideas?l

try resetting the phone with *#7730#, as far as i know it deletes everything from the phone :wink:
