3595 help

i got a 3595 that it turn off as soon as i turn it on ive been trying to flash it but no success in my software it dont list my phone what phone does a guy use on the list someone please help

thats a known problem, it only affects like 2% of all 3595 ive ever come across. You must send it into nokia and have them try and fix it, .flashing it yourself may not necessarily fix it cus it could be a hardware problem too, i know that a flash at nokia takes one week, my friend sent his 3595 and its more than a week and they said its not done yet, so it obviously means there is some other components at fault.
