ok then ive been flashing the dct3 phones for a while and now im on with the dct4 phones,when i plug the 6820 into the griffin box and select detect phone it doesnt respond i also try to manually power the phone up which fails as the phone will not power up ive positioned the cable on the phone many times, but will not respond to this phone any ideas from you experts
