Looking for Flash to use Victor 3.2.3 please help
The Unlock option for VXXX will not detect the phone But it has a Read Phone's Subsidy Code but I need to flash the phone with special flash.
"1) Flash the phone with the special flash file, obtained from our FTP."
Can someone tell me where I can get it or pm me location where I can get it ? or email it to me
