Custom wug and ringtones

Can anyone please tell me how to insert custom ringtones and wake up graphics into Nokia phones. In what format should they be in? What software do I need. I have Ultralogic box and Twister. They can only handle readymade graphics and tones. But I want to prepare my own tones and pictures and insert in the phones.
