3330 restriction off but won't accept SIMs

I tried the unlock codes on this site for a 3330 (Orange) and got the restriction off message but it wont accept sim cards (o2 or vodaphone)

I was successful with a 3410 which accepts both the vodaphone and the orange sims.

Do I need a cable? :???:

you have to enter code 2 as well. after that - the phone will be unlocked.

To calculate the code 2 you need to know GD1 value
for Orange prepayed (mobicarte or OLA) : FFFF
for contract (Abonnement in french) : 0000

And you will get a code like this "#pw+xxxxxxxxxx+2#"

The Mobicarte GID on Orange french network is not FFFF but 4D4F

Is there a GID1 code for Bouygues ?
Do you have a list of GID1 (and may be GID2) or do you know where to find it ?
