yes, it is supported by PPMEdit. But unfortunately, you can't modify 3350 flash file all version. Cause you will get no network due to flash file checksum error. This is same on 3330 ver430,450,506 and 3410 all version.
For 3350, it is impossible to modify it yet. Sell your phone, buy 3310 or other model :)
