Nokia 3310 and other phones have small memory for messages and we have seen that we can increase the no. of tones in 3310 so I think it may be possible to store more sms on phone memory.
I am not good at reverse engineering but can give you a bit of Idea how it can be done.
WE know picture msgs are saved to phone memory if can Insert a routine to ask to save msg in phone or sim and save it on eeprom by allocating memmory in eeprom and reading it from there.
I think it's a good challenege for all the programmers.
