8250 strange problem

hello !! guys..
i have 8250 .whenever i go to menu option it hang...
i tried flashing with knok .writing start but after few second writing stop ..without any message ....
i cant flash my phone. i try rolis .geo flash . ....
plz help to flash my 8250...

Firstly, always use Rolis to flash! My tutorial is here: http://nokiafree.org/forums/showthread.php?p=162950#post162950

Also the connection to the 82xx is crap! If you have a foam ring around your connections, remove it! The connection should "Click" into the phone! ;)

Yeah, My 8xxx flasher head is OK but my 8xxx Mbus cable is crap... I have to use a rubber band. :P
