Edit dct4 flash files?

Hi. Is there any software that will edit the flash files of dct4 phones? Or is there a other way to change the language if there are no available flash files with that langueage?

Why does it take so long??
I´ve even tried Hex editors... but nothing.. Can't change a fuc**ng letter in PPM or MCU files...

plzzz anyone got any news on this????
