Nokia 6630?

Has anyone seen any reviews on this phone? Ive been told by some one that its completely crap as it loses network quickly. I would like to buy it over the 7610 when it comes out on orange but i dont want to buy a duff phone

odd.. its not even out yet. probably the prototype was a little fault and stuff... i doubt nokia will come out with phones with that kind of quality though. whats more 6630 will become a flagship model when released. they wont let it happen.

it are out atleast here in norway they say it are slow and total crap but maybe they will fix it when the first software upgrade will come 8)

uhhh... are you sure it's out in norway? No one even has a review of the final model yet. Release date says Q4 2004 and 4th quarter doesn't start till November. I mean someone correct me if I'm wrong; post a link or something to prove it's out, but as far as everone else knows 6630 ain't out yet.

Besides, there's no reason for it to be slow. It uses the same 104 mhz processor as every other nokia symbian and virtually the same OS. Not only that but Nokia's been refining its series 60 from generation to generation: 6600 slightly faster than 3650, 7610 slightly faster than 6600, so I'm guessing they wouldn't let the OS take a step BACK considering the fact that they're testing a completely new market with the 6630. They'll want it to be as good as possible.

If it loses connection it could be because the 3G-networks in many countries still are crappy. Here in Sweden I've heard about these problems with all 3G-phones. But it is also a GSM-phone so I wouldn't hesitate to buy it if I had the money.
