can't unlock my 3100 with the generator

hey i tried to unlock my fido 3100 with the free generator and it wont' work. the phone is locked to Fido in canada and the imei is <Removed>. when i enter all the info nothing happens.....any suggestions?? thanks. also would it matter if i put in that it's a rogers phone??? will those unlock codes work ??? thanks.

dont post the IMEI :P lol..or request a code...i would jus keep tryin the calc, cuz i unlocked mine today without a prob ;-)

the crux calc. works for me. was able to unlock 2 3100s.
for me, in the expert setting(DCT4 setting) i used 3100 (asian version)
maybe you need to use the 3100b setting.

what box you use? v2 or custom. i have 3100b
