For free applications and such like? Well apart from the usual Yahoo groups and IRC which is a good place, http://www.myseries60.net is also a good site.

First You need to register
---> HERE <--- (http://edit.yahoo.com/config/eval_register?.done=http://groups.yahoo.com&.src=ygrp)
Now open any Yahoo!Group and press "Join"

Yeah, Myseries60.net is down at the moment, server problems. But is being sorted as we speak so keep checking back mate as it will soon be there.
As soon as I know it's up and running again I'll post that it is.

its been deleted by yahoo methinks
