DIV USB - howto connect to phones?

i just bought DIVusb and i tried to use it, but i cant even get the !"# to connect to the phone connected to the cable.. can someone please write a step by step to connect a T105 to DIVUSB for me? if this is not for public info then pm is fine by me ;)
i love this forum its the best for GSM stuff thanks guys.

please i read the not so good manual from divusb.com but it just say like connect phone to cable, press connect in soft then do your stuff and remove cable or similar.. but nothing happens for me, the phones i try are not dead since they can phone out, connect to twister .. but divusb dont even connect to phone so how do i change stuff, like open locks, change imei ? thanks..
