Time for a phone change!

Hey, ya all!
haven't been here for a Quite a while!

It's been like 6 months since I got my 3650, now it's my birthday tomorrow and I wanted to get a new cell!
My choices are:
nokia 7610
mitac mio 8390(wm)
i-mate sp3/sp3(wm)
nokia 6260??? Don't really like it, cause its toooo bulky and not really finished now with all of its problems IMO.

Also Sendo X, like EVERYTHING, but read it's got a poor RF and some other bugs? Anything else u can suggest?

What do u think I should get? What is a good replacement for 3650, not just money wasting?

Also do the apps for 3650 work on 7610?
Really need ur help! Cause I don't wanna waste money on a phone, especially if it's a quite an expensive one!

Cuse whenever 6630 will come out it's gonna cost a lot! And i don't like the disgn anyway! It's 3g phone, is it even gonna have an mp3 player or radio?

Anyway, back to our discussion, what should I get from my list?

If u like to play games, there is N-gage QD. It has more RAM than 3650 and can do all 3650 can except camera.

Nah, it's got a funny keypad, but then again, you've been using the Nokia 3650, so I guess that doesn't really worry you!
I'd wait a while then get up some more funds and phone prices of current models will go down... Otherwise settle for a Nokia 6600.

I dunno what these phones are. So out of your list I'd say Nokia 7610.

I'd save and get the Nokia 7610, it's not redundant, yet. Plus it's a rather versitile phone.

I wouldn't upgrade, but if you insist, everyone who's used the 7610 loves it. I've heard of the others but I like symbian for its versatility and huge list of third party apps. Plus it's not a microsoft product. So I'd get a 7610 if you really must get a new phone.

6630 does have mp3 player; in fact it actually has more and better features than the 7610. However you're right it will be more expensive and slightly larger (though still small for such a good phone). I have a 3650 and i'm stickin with it for a while still. It's still a relatively up to date phone. Not many other people I know have entire movies or 3D games on their cells.

If I were you I wouldn't upgrade at all. I'd save the money. The next generation of phones is gonna be crazy. Nvidia and ATI are making high-quality gfx processors for phones, casio and sharp have VGA resolution 3D 2.2 inch screens for use in phones (yes, i do mean tiny displays that can display 3D images that seem to pop out of the screen in VGA resolution), there's a 667 mhz phone processor in the works, and by late 2005 SD card's will supposedly have a 16GB capacity. Don't be so quick to upgrade. I think if you get 7610, as good as it is, you'll be dissapointed that you spent 500 American just for a slight upgrade from your 3650. At least wait for the price to go down.

I'm absolutely agree with you! 3650 is still very good, even though it's got only 4k color screen, I still like it! Instead of spending those $500 on a cell, I went to the mall and spent about $250 on different cloth, cause I didin't know what else I could get! :)
well, i'll just stick to my 3650 for a while! Also, my dad has a 6230 and he is upgrading to sony ericsson k700i, and wants me to have his 6230, u think I should go with it, and still keep my 3650? Cause I really like 6230's design and loud mp3 tones, mp3 player, radio, etc, although it's not a symbian and has a crapy screen :x

I would advice you to wait for sometime and then go for Nokia 6630. I know its going to be bit expencive but then with all those features and camera resolution, its worth paying the price.. Take Care..................... :-D

My advice: Hold on to your 3650 and wait for 6630. If you really can't wait any longer, just get 7610, you will not regret it either.
