Flashing Software

Hi all is there any software out thee that wil let me flash using the com port not the LPT, the reason I ask is that I have lost my LPT cable and now only havr the Com cable and I am finding it hard to find a new one I know Rolis and Knok only use the LPT port or can these be adapted to use the co port.
