8310 Restriction Codes NEEDED!

Im sorry but I dont know the answer, but what exactly is a "Restriction Code"?

If it is a code you need to input to change your phone provider, its called an Unlocking code, thus, use an unlocking program

Its only the provoider lock, u can reset this using any dct4 flasher and some dct4 unlockers,if they support the soft ver.,But u must verify the IMEI is corrupted or not If iMEI shows ?????????????? like this EEprom repairs can help u.
