Hi,
I bought GTU-8 Cable for nokia 6230 and trying to connect it to my desktop pc (win 98 SE) but in vain.
1) installed drivers for cable (PL-2303 installer 1 & PL-2303 installer 2)
2) Installed setup for DKU-2
3) Installed Nokia PC Suite 5.8
As soon as I attach my phone to the cable after reboot, phone shows "data enhancement connected" but my pc says "New hardware found - Nokia 6230. windows is now installing driver for this hardware." And then it asks for the location of driver for Nokia 6230. I tried locating it everywhere..but found nothing. (If it says it has found nokia 6230, i assume the cable is functioning propoerly)
I don't know why is it asking for the driver despite having recognised the hardware and also when PC suite 5.8 is installed.
Somebody please help as early as possible.
