I am having problems with my 3210 data cable (the computer does not detect it at all) Also, the cable only has 4 pins, although i think theyre supposed to have 6. can any one confirm this?

The data cable only needs 4 connections to this phone, is it a serial lead ? If it is, are you sure the serial port on your comp is enabled.
