I have a LG7050 which displays a blank white screen when the battery is connected, it does not do anything else . I suspect that this is due to some dodgy java games being uploaded as i was installing some and then later on when i tried to run one it just froze up and then this problem.
I have run fluid and tried to read the existing firmware but it stops at 60%, here is what it outputs:
Fluid revision 1.17, Mar 6 2003. Copyright Texas Instruments, 2001.
Reading 'devices.txt': (54 blocks read) ok.
Bootloader: (reset target) (ROM, baudrate = 115200, version ?) ok.
Command Interpreter: (chipid = 0xB496, Calypso) ok.
Reading Flash: (0kB) ( Read addr size : 0x00000000, 0x100
) ok.
Used time: 0s ok.

and it stops there.
What should i do? Is the firmware damaged? Should i just erase the firmware and reflash?
