C35i is it easy to unlock like Nokia's

I have unlocked several Nokias and I have been asked to unlock a C35i I have a data cable for the phone but I do not have a clue what to do next.....

Do Siemens have a shortcut to get the version software like Nokias (*#0000#) ???

Type *#06* to get the fw-version and some other info.. Go to http://gsm-free.com to get software to unlock it.

Thanks for the *#06# (funny same as Nokia)

Tried the software from the site came up with 'bad data' from the phone. I am using XP with userport. Any way kept searching and unlocked it with this no dongle etc. required.... Bonus.. :D

the u will find software u need for c35.
i your c35 is v 24 mail me for solution:D

to find out software version on siemens - type *#06# then arrow down.

without pressing this u will get only imei number

if version of your phon is lower then 21 use it http://nokiafree.org/forums/attachment.php?s=&postid=28261 its work whit c/m/s 35 siemens
