How to Convert Mp3 to Wav?

Does anyone here know how to convert mp3 file format into Wav or True Tones for my Ngage?

send mp3 with bluetooth with your pc suite

ngage can use mp3 as ringtone.

or send via pc suite's file transfer (with bluetooth), it will convert to wav for u, place wav file in sounds/digital folder to use as ringtone.
