Chang language on Nokia mobile - is it possible?

Hi, Is it possible to change the language on Nokia Mobile, such as 5140. What equipment needed and how to process? Anybody can give me a specific instruction here or give me a link? Thanks a lot.

Posible to change language...but U need some expencive equipment...read my sticky on the top...
