tools to program in sysol

hi all

im new here at this forum..

i have MOD'et my samsung e-700 several times now..

but the problem is that i live in Denmark..

and all the software is written in soft-versions that not contain nordic country's..

i wonder if it is possible to find the T9 book in the danish soft and move it over to the other software there allrdy is modded..

If samsung is using Sysol-platform for that phone model...
which software do i need to edit sysol-files (bin)
