WAP Settings?

have a Nokia 7250i, bought from a guy. The phone is SIM unlocked, and works fine for almost everything, except the GPRS. When I try to set a new set of GPRS settings to the phone (obtained over the air from my network operator), it says:

"Settings memory full"
"All settings are locked. Discard settings?"

There is no other way or function for me to get to the GPRS edit menu either.

I'd love to know how can I set the GPRS, MMS settings.
