3310 start problem

Hello,

I have a 3310 and when i press the power button led's are on for 20 seconds and after that i got "Contact Service" message for 10 secons and phone go off.
Some time phone starts ok and ask for sim card but after enter pin i got the massage "Sim card not accepted". I treied to unlok but i got a message about "bad cobba or MSID" In wintesla on self test i get "DSP alive test Faild"

I tried with a full flash (mcu+ppm+eeprom) from a good 3310 and same problem.

What to do?

I will change but i don't have uBGA tool imust go to a service center.
When i hold the phone in warmer place at temperature 35-40 dergee it start often then at temp. 20.

It is ccont or else?

maybe it`s just bad solder try with hot air
