Is the 6188 a DCT3? It's locked to Clearnet. I bought it about 6 years ago and havent used it since Clearnet became Tellis. Is there anything I can do? It has no SIM card. It also has no IMEI number, but an ESN number.

Forgive a guy for being ignorant, but I don't know how this works.

Moved to Nokia TDMA, CDMA phones.
6188 isn't a GSM phone.
Have a bit of a read about CDMA, There should be plenty of posts in this section that can help you. :)
