nokia 6650 problem

when phone starts up it mentin prototype sw, and it says update it

the phones imei does not start with 00 though


i tried to flash with JAF

what can be done?

th phone switches on and calls can be made using my 3 sim, it displays UK 20

i cant access some of the menus like network settings

it also has net monitor enabled
