use this software for SOC / Unlock / Subsidy on TDMA phones (DCT4)

I am trying to unlock the SOC option on my Nokia 5125, AT&T has it blocked out of the *3001#12345# programming...

Thanks!

Where can I find this SW

SOC / Unlock / Subsidy on TDMA phones (DCT4)...

Does this mean that a TDMA phone from a Latin American country can be unlocked and programmed in the US?

Does it need to be flashed?

I would think that most latin american TDMA phones wouldn't need to be "unlocked" as much as have their IRDB (Intellegent Romaing Data Base) updated - for them to work in the US.

Unfortunately there aren't any MAJOR carriers in the US that still use TDMA. Just a few smaller carriers that I know of are:
Cenntenial
CellOne (some regions are CDMA)
Dobson
Western Wireless

Cingular & AT&T still have TDMA networks but they aren't doing any new activations - and they're coverage on the old digital side is getting spotty. I'm sure they'd like to have all their customers upgrade to GSM, but it will probably take another year or two.

However, if you have Latin America phones that do not allow you to change the soc code (step two in long programmin) yes this software can remove that soc lock for you on Nokia DCT4 TDMA phones. If you need it I could email it to you - its small. I'm looking for a recent version of Kyocera PST. Do you have anything?
